Post 3: My future

Sylvia Plath once said "I can never read all the books I want; I can never be all the people I want and live all the lives I want... And why do I want? I want to live and feel all the shades, tones and variations of mental and physical experience possible in my life. And I'm horribly limited."

And I'm haunted by that phrase. The truth is that I actually don't know what I want to do in life or who I am going to become. For me, to define is to limit, so I don't limit everything that one day I could be.

I'm majoring in Psychology and I really like my career. I hope someday I will be able to work in my profession, I also hope it will not be the only thing I do in my life.

Anyways, talking in terms of future jobs I would love to be a winemaker even though I don't like wine at all. I find the process of making wine very magical and my grandfather made wine so it brings back beautiful memories. I would like to be an artist too, and I think I will.

To end, for my future I just want to live all the lives I want, and live countless ways without a definition.

  4. Hi! I think that life won't be enough for us to do everything we want to do, but at least we have to try LOL. I hope in the end it feels like enough <3
